Children’s classes are designed for the youngest to delve into the Catalan language through games, stories, songs and creative activities.
Classes are held twice a month, on Sundays. The tentative dates are:
2026
- October 4 and 18
- November 8 and 15
- December 6 and 13
2027
- Jamuary 10 and 17
- February 7 amd 21
- March 7 and 14
- April 4 and 11
- May 9 and 16
- June 6 and 13
- September 12 and 19
The above dates may be subject to change
Schedule
The groups will be organized in the following way:
- Between 4 and 5 years old: 9:30am to 10:30am
- Between 2 and 3 years old: 10:30am to 11:30am
- Between 6 and 7 years old: 11:30am to 12:30am
Materials and Registrations
For this course we will have educational materials that will come directly from Catalonia. For this reason, we need to know before August 15 2026 how many students we will have so we can order the correct number of materials.
Fees
Places are limited and drop-in registrations are not accepted. You can register your children by sending an email to the Casal indicating:
- Casal members: 100 CAD for all 20 lessons + materials
- Non-members: 200 CAD for all 20 lessons + materials
If you are not a member you may became with a 45 CAD/year membership. Please contact the Casal about the different ways to made the payment.
Payment is due in September before the beginning of the lessons.
If your kid is 2 years old during 2027 and you would like him/her to participate in the lessons, please get in touch with the Casal and we will try our best to accomodate.
